Another tie in the books between Wooster and Kenyon

Lily Glaza The College of Wooster women's soccer team and Kenyon College had another classic on Wednesday as the two teams played to a 1-1 tie in a North Coast Athletic Conference matchup.

After 30 minutes of scoreless soccer, Kenyon's Sadie Gould found a score thanks to a short pass from Alex Sokolik.

Senior Teddi Farson later had a great opportunity with 12 minutes remaining in the first half, but Kenyon goalkeeper Leah Anderson was right at her feet to stop the score, and Kenyon took the 1-0 lead into halftime.

In the second half, Lily Glaza made a stop in Kenyon's defensive midfield zone that allowed Farson to put another ball toward the net. Her shot was saved on a diving effort by Anderson, but sophomore Emma Jaros was there to clean up the rebound in the 53rd minute.
