2022 Outdoor: Just missed on All-NCAC honors with fourth-place time of 3:59.96 in the 1500 meters at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Earned All-Ohio honors in the 1500 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16), thanks to posting runner-up time of 3:58.59 … Logged a collegiate-best 1500 time of 3:56.58 at the Wooster Invitational (April 2) and earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for that effort … Won the 800 meters at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) following collegiate-best time of 1:56.00.

2022 Indoor: Earned All-NCAC certificate for third-place time of 4:17.23 in the mile at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Also scored in the 800 at NCAC meet with sixth-place time of 2:02.76 … Won 800 in dual with Kenyon (Feb. 18) and earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for time of 1:57.55 … Scored in mile with fifth-place time of 4:20.87 at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) … Won mile at Wooster Quad (Jan. 15) and Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 5) with times of 4:29.50 and 4:27.07, respectively … Part of winning distance medley relay at Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22) with time of 10:46.75 … Helped program to runner-up NCAC finish, the program’s highest since 1998.

2021 Cross Country: Earned second letter … Crossed 57th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with time of 28:29.9 … Went 28:47.9 at regionals (Nov. 13), and was Wooster’s No. 6 at the meet … Logged the team’s third-best time of 29:49.4 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), with that time ranking 11th overall … Helped the Scots win the Muskingum Invitational for the first team title at a traditional meet since 2014 … Logged a collegiate-best championship-length time of 27:58.4 at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11).

2021 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 1500 with career-best time of 4:01.99 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Won the 1500 at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23) with time of 4:07.77 … Also part of the winning 4x800 relay (8:45.66) at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational … Won the 1500 at the Marv Frye Invitational (April 10), crossing at 4:10.96.

2021 Indoor: Lone appearance came in dual meet with Ohio Wesleyan (March 6) … Broke the tape in the mile at 4:36.98.

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 and mile at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Logged personal-best times of 2:02.59 and 4:34.13 in the 800 and mile, respectively, at NCACs, and both times ranked in the top 12.

2019 Cross Country: Steady contributor who ran in seven races … Wooster’s top finisher at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) with time of 29:27.5 ranking 193rd overall … No. 2 harrier on the team at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Crossed at 28:23.4, which was good for 56th-place … One of seven Scots to compete at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) … Crossed at 28:06.0.

2019 Outdoor: Delivered a strong close to rookie campaign with season-bests in the 800 (2:04.51) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20) and the 1500 meters (4:10.28) at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Just missed scoring in the 1500 with 10th-best time in the prelim heats.

2019 Indoor: Did not compete due to injury.

2018 Cross Country: Made two starts on the season … Debuted at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 15) and placed 36th with time of 29:49.6 (4.97M course) … Time of 16:52.9 was good for 11th-place at Wooster’s Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 2).

Prior to Wooster: Prepped for Nick Ross at East Greenwich High School.
