2023 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Had a season-best 1,500 time of 5:10.69 in dual meet against Denison (April 12).

2023 Indoor: Only competed in one meet on the season … Ran the mile in 6:02.26 at the Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17).

2022 Cross Country: Competed in six meets … Turned in a season-best championship-length time of 34:03.1 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 14) … Had a career-best 4-mile time of 28:48.5 at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Made two other championship-length starts at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 16) and the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1).

2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Logged a collegiate-best time of 20:23.89 in the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2022 Indoor: Opened indoor season with collegiate-best 3K time of 11:53.21 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22) … Overall competed in four meets.

2021 Cross Country: Made seven starts on the year … Logged a championship-length best time of 31:31.8 at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11) … Crossed at 33:04.6 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) … Went 33:45.5 at the championship-length Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) and added a time of 31:57.8 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Logged collegiate-best times of 5:03.76 in the 1500 at the Wooster Tri-Meet (March 27), 5:25.51 in the mile at the OWU Twilight (April 15), and 20:25.17 in the 5K at the Marv Frye Invitational (April 10).

2021 Indoor: Did not compete in either of the meets.

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Crossed at 1:01.19 in the 400 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).

2020 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Logged a career-best time of 58.77 in the 400 at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21) … Top time in the 800 (2:24.08) came at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 18).

2019 Cross Country: Earned a letter as part of the Scots’ 12-harrier contingent at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Crossed at 34:52.6 at NCACs … Season-best championship-length time (32:24.4) came in dual meet against Kenyon (Oct. 19).

Prior to Wooster: Prepped for James Smirk at Princeton High School … Part of the cross country and track & field programs.
