2023 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Turned in collegiate-best 5K time of 15:49.06 at NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Also ran in 5K at All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Took third in 3K steeplechase at Kenyon Invitational (April 22) in collegiate-best 10:16.29 … Logged top collegiate 1,500 time of 4:22.99 in dual meet against Denison (April 12).

2023 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Had collegiate-best 3K time of 9:33.11 as the runner-up at the Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) … Ran in 5K at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25).

2022 Cross Country: One of the Scots’ most consistent scorers with several top-five finishes … Started nine meets on the year … Went a career-best championship-length time of 26:48.3 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 12), placing 152nd overall … Finished 52nd at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) in a time of 29:27.4.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Ran the 5K each time, with top time of 17:36.05 coming at Wooster Invitational (April 1) … Lone 1500 meters time of 4:39.87 was turned in at the Wooster Invitational (April 2).

2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Primarily a mile and 3K runner … Top mile time of 4:58.61 came in dual with Kenyon (Feb. 28) … Went 9:59.51 for season-best 3K time at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 5).

2021 Cross Country: Turned in an impressive rookie season, ranking as Wooster’s No. 4 harrier at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13) … Crossed at 28:03.6 at regionals, with that marking season-best championship-length time … Sixth from the team to finish at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30), coming in at 28:33.3, which was 59th … Made nine starts … Went 29:39.6 at championship-length debut at NCAC Preview (Sept. 11) … Crossed at 29:42.8 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) … Went 29:16.2 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15) … Sixth on the team at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), where the Scots posted their first win in a traditional meet since 2014.

Prior to Wooster: Helped Athens High School to a district runner-up finish as a senior … Part of three conference championship teams in track & field and four in cross country … Earned all-conference honors in cross country as a junior and senior and in track & field as a senior … Four-year letterwinner in cross country and lettered three times in track & field … Prepped for Fitz Read and Adam Gonczy.
