2023 Indoor: Earned All-Ohio honors and broke the school record in the 400 with a runner-up time of 49.19 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Also earned All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s winning and school-record breaking 4x400 relay in 3:24.79 … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Feb. 6 after anchoring a winning and school-record breaking 4x400 and winning the 800 at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Also won the 800 in 2:00.00 in season-opening home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14) … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2022 Cross Country: Competed in four meets … Posted a season-best championship-length time of 36:04.6 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 14) … Went 36:49.5 in other championship-length action at the Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10).

2022 Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 400 … Became a four-time NCAC champion with the winning time of 48.51 in the 400 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Earned eighth career All-NCAC certificate as part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 (3:22.40) at NCAC Championships … All-Ohio placer as the runner-up in the 800 with collegiate-best time of 1:55.58 at All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Broke 22-year-old Reggie Ray record with 400 time of 48.47 at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) and lowered record to 48.11 at Mount Union Last Chance Meet (May 19) … Anchored Wooster’s record-setting 4x400, which crossed at 3:19.50 at Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 13) … Earned sixth career NCAC Athlete of the Week honor following record-breaking performance at Kenyon … 2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Double winner in dual with Kenyon (Feb. 18), taking first in the 400 (51.13) and 4x400 (3:37.52) … Part of Wooster’s scoring 4x400 at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12), helping Scots to eighth-place time of 3:35.84.

2021 Cross Country: Made seven starts on the year … Top championship-length time of 33:59.5 came at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11) … Crossed at 36:37.0 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) and 34:19.4 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) … Last championship-length start came at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15) … Covered the course in 35:01.2 that day.

2021 Outdoor: Just missed on all-conference honors with fourth-place time of 1:57.24 in the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for the fifth time on April 5 following a winning time of 1:59.268 at the Denison Quad (April 2) … Competed in four meets … Part of the winning 4x800 (8:45.66) at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23) and was the runner-up in the 800 (2:02.60).

2021 Indoor: NCAC Athlete of the Week on March 8 following a career-best 800 time of 1:57.15 in dual with Ohio Wesleyan (March 6) … Went 2:05.07 to win the 800 at Wittenberg (Feb. 26).

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for performances at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) … Was the runner-up in the 400 (49.90) and part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 (3:29.95) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2020 Indoor: NCAC Athlete of the Year for men’s sprints and hurdles events … Now a six-time All-NCAC performer … Won the 400 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29), and is the first repeat winner in the event at the conference meet since 2008-09 … Time of 49.75 in the 400 at NCACs broke Eric Rogers’ 28-year-old school-record time of 50.01 … Part of Wooster’s runner-up, and record-setting 4x200 that crossed at 1:32.15 at NCACs … Just missed on All-NCAC laurels in the 4x400, where Wooster took fourth at the league meet after a school-record time of 3:27.98 … Member of Wooster’s scoring 4x200 (1:34.83) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15) … Key in dual meet victory over Denison (Jan. 30) with top times of 23.65 in the 200 and 52.58 in the 400 … Tabbed as the NCAC Athlete of the Week on January 13 after winning the 400 (53.48) at the Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 10).

2019 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2019 Outdoor: Swept the 400 titles for the year by capturing first at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) at 49.40 … Earned a fourth All-NCAC certificate for the year by running a leg on Wooster’s third-place 4x100 relay (42.80) at the NCAC Championships … Placed fifth in the 200 (23.15) and sixth in the 4x400 (3:26.24) at the conference meet … Key contributor on Wooster’s third-place NCAC finish, in what marked the team’s highest since 2003 … Broke the tape at 23.45 in the 200 at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20), and was subsequently tabbed as the NCAC Athlete of the Week … Just missed on earning All-Ohio honors with fourth-place time of 49.36 in the 400 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13).

2019 Indoor: Helped Wooster to a third-place finish at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2), the program’s best since 2001 … Won the 400 with time of 50.91 and earned a second All-NCAC certificate at the meet as part of Wooster’s second-place and school-record 4x200 (1:32.35) … Ran a leg of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x400 (3:31.51) at the NCAC meet … Earned a spot on Wooster’s scoring 4x200 (1:34.25) and 4x400 (3:33.34) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 9) … Logged a trio of first-place finishes in the 400 (51.46), 4x200 (1:35.12), and 4x400 (3:33.51) at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 16) … Exploded onto the scene with first-place times of 52.96 (400), 1:34.06 (4x200), and 3:33.73 (4x400) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 26).

2018 Cross Country: Made six starts on the year including at the championship-length All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) and Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 12) … Top championship-length time (30:41.3) came at the All-Ohio Championships.

Prior to Wooster: Earned all-sectional and all-conference honors as a senior while prepping at Evanston Township High School … Ran cross country and track & field in high school and was a member of the lacrosse team.
