2023 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region performer in the 3,000 steeplechase … Earned two All-NCAC honors at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Was the NCAC runner-up in the 3K steeplechase in 9:20.00 … Took third in 1500 in 3:57.83 at NCACs … Also collected All-Ohio honors in the 1500 with a collegiate-best time of 3:57.73 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15), ranking sixth-fastest in the event in program history … Won the 800 against Denison (April 12) in a collegiate-best 1:57.85 … Also part of Wooster’s winning 4x400 (3:30.85) against Denison … Had winning time of 9:46.61 in 3K steeple at Kenyon Invitational (April 22) … Logged collegiate-best 3K steeplechase time of 9:16.35 at Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 11-12), which was the third-fastest time in school history … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2023 Indoor: Collected All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s runner-up DMR (10:43.01) at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Scored in three events at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … Was part of fifth-place DMR (10:42.32), placed sixth in the mile (collegiate-best 4:30.28) and sixth in the 800 finals (2:00.48) at NCACs … Also finished sixth in the 800 at All-Ohio meet with time of 2:00.18 … Won mile in 4:38.75 in dual meet against Denison (Jan. 26) … Part of two winning relays: DMR at home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21) and 4x400 at Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2022 Cross Country: Consistently finished as one of the Scots’ top-three harriers … Recorded three top-10 overall finishes in nine starts on the season … Placed fifth in the dual meet against Denison (Sept. 22) with a 5,000-meter time of 17:22.5 and seventh in the Wooster Twilight 5k Challenge (Nov. 4) in a career-best 16:06.3… Secured seventh in the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) in 28:33.1 … Top championship-length time came at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 12) in 26:31.8, which was good for 137th … Narrowly missed All-NCAC honors with a 22nd-place finish in 27:52.5 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29).

2022 Outdoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters at the NCAC Championships (May 5) and posted a season-best time of 2:00.11 … Overall competed in six meets … Part of runner-up 4x400 relay (3:35.87) in dual meet with Denison (April 13).

2022 Indoor: Scored for Scots as part of sixth-place distance medley relay (10:38.93) at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Just missed on scoring as part of the DMR at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12), as Wooster placed ninth with time of 11:14.04 … Competed in seven meets … Won the 800 with time of 2:05.02 in dual with Denison (Jan. 27) and part of the winning DMR (10:46.75) at Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22).

2021 Cross Country: One of the seven Scots who earned the start at regionals (Nov. 13) … Crossed at 27:59.5 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional, with that marking a new championship-length best time … Placed 49th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with time of 28:06.3 and was Wooster’s No. 4 at the meet … Crossed 21st with time of 30:38 at Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), where Scots won first team title at a traditional meet since 2014 … Opened championship-length portion of schedule with time of 30:33.6 at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11).

Prior to Wooster: Conference champion in basketball and soccer at Rift Valley Academy … Also a member of the track & field and volleyball team.
