Continued to develop, adding to what is perhaps the deepest event for the Scots – the backstroke.

2014-15: Won the bonus heat of the 200 back at first career conference meet, hitting the deck at 2:01.71 for 19th-place … Also contributed to the team score via a 22nd-place finish in the 100 back (56.72), and swam on four “B” relays.

Prior to Wooster: Earned all-county and all-league honors for Massillon Jackson High School … Helped set the school record in the 200 medley relay, and lettered in swimming all four years with the Polar Bears … Also ran cross country one season.

Personal: Born July 4, 1995 … Son of Richard and Sandra Pech … Majoring in chemistry.
