2017 Cross Country: Key in helping Scots to first top-four finish at NCACs since 2013 (Oct. 28) … Fourth Scot to cross at the league meet with a time of 26:43.8 and was one of seven Scots with sub-27:00 times … Finished near the middle of the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) with a 27:55.1 … Added a 28:03.4 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13) and a similar time of 28:10.1 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Runner-up in the 3000-meter steeplechase (11:09.03) at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) … Clocked in a season-best 10:57.26 in steeplechase at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 22) … Went 4:38.12 in the 1500 meters and 17:12.67 in the 5,000 meters at the Wooster Invitational (April 1).

2017 Indoor: Posted two top-seven finishes in the 3000 meters, running a season-best 10:02.84 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 28) … Finished fifth in 5K at the Kenyon Classic, running a career-best 16:58.89.

2016 Cross Country: Top-seven team finisher in six meets … Clipped a fourth-place team finish at NCAC Championships (28:08.8) while placing 39th overall … Competed in Great Lakes Regionals as part of the seven-runner squad, navigating the 8000-meter course in 27:53.3.

2016 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase … Logged a season-best 10:54.89 in the steeplechase at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) … Turned in a 11:06.92 in the steeplechase at the NCAC Championships (May 6).

2016 Indoor: Did not compete.

2015 Cross Country: Competed for Kenyon ... Earned a spot on the Lords’ Great Lakes Regional and NCAC squads.

2015 Outdoor: Impressed at the Kenyon Spring Invitational with a career-best 10:46.76 in the steeplechase (April 18) … Logged a 10:49.48 in that event the NCAC Championships (May 1).

2015 Indoor: Made four starts in the 3000 meters, including an indoor best 9:48.86 at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 7).

2014 Cross Country: Earned a letter as a freshman … Part of Wooster’s contingent at the NCAC Championships, and logged a 27:42.0 on the 8K course to place 65th … Made six starts on the year, including a 28:26.3 8K time at the #JennaStrong Invitational (Oct. 17).

Prior to Wooster: Earned all-state honors in cross country as a senior for Mark McKenna … Member of the state champion first-place indoor 4x800 relay as a senior.
