Senior Kayla Zboran earned All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the third straight year, while the men's and women's cross country squads were once against named as All-Academic Teams, the coaches organization announced on Thursday.

Zboran, a music education major, capped her career with all-region honors for the first time via a 14th-place finish (22:11.14) at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes meet back in November. She also earned all-conference laurels for the second straight year with a ninth-place time of 23:34.7 at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships.

For Wooster's women's program, the team academic award marks the Fighting Scots' 12th in the past 13 years, while the men's team has earned the certificate 11 times in the last 12 seasons.

The USTFCCCA recognizes teams with a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or higher, while individual certificates require at least a 3.30 GPA and a finish among the top 25 percent of runners at NCAA regional competitions.
