Emergency Action Plan

Visiting teams requesting outdoor tailage space must contact Jeff Bricker, Physical Education, Athletics, and Recreation Facilities, Equipment Room, and Purchase Manager, at least a week (7 days) in advance of contest. Jeff can be reached at (330) 263-2251 or jbricker@wooster.edu

John P. Papp Stadium/Carl Munson Track (No. 38)

Field hockey, football, lacrosse, and outdoor track & field compete at this facility. Going south on Beall Avenue, turn left onto University Street, and parking lot access will be on the left directly behind the stadium. Visitor parking is available directly behind the stadium as well as the parking lot located at the baseball field. 

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load behind the stadium and park at the baseball field parking lot. Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility.

Scot Center (No. 39)/Timken Gymnasium (No. 41)/Timken Natatorium (No. 41)

Basketball, swimming and diving, tennis (indoor), indoor track & field, and volleyball compete at this facility. Going South on Beall Avenue turn left onto E. University Street  and parking lot access will be on the left directly behind the Papp Stadium. Visitor parking is available directly behind the stadium as well as the parking lot located at the baseball field.

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load in the half circle at Babcock Hall, which can be accessed from Beall Avenue and to park along the south side of Wayne Avenue or at the baseball field parking lot. Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility. 

Art Murray Field (No. 37)

Baseball competes at this facility. Going north on Beall Avenue, turn right at the stop light at Wayne Avenue, then turn right on Gasche Street, and parking lot access will be on the right adjacent to the baseball field. Visitor parking is available at this parking lot as well as along the south side of Wayne Avenue and in the lot on the east end of the tennis courts. Baseball spectators are not permitted to park at L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course when the course is open.

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load at the parking lot by the field and to park along the south side of Wayne Avenue. Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility.

Softball Field (No. 40)

Going north on Beall Avenue, continue through stop light at Wayne Avenue, then turn left on Bloomington Avenue, and turn left into entrance to field/parking lot. Visitor parking is available at this parking lot.  

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load at the parking lot by the field and are permitted to park in this lot. Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility. 

Tennis Courts (No. 31)

There are 12 outdoor courts at this facility (note they are now located on the northeast side of campus on East Wayne Avenue. Please use 801 E Wayne Ave. for GPA direction. Parking is available on both sides of the tennis courts with the primary lot being on the east side of the courts. Please do not park in the spaces west of Gasche Street as those are reserved for L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course. 

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load in the half circle on the west side of the the courts and find parking in any available spot.

Carl Dale Field (No. 35)

Men's and women's soccer compete at this facility. Going north on Beall Avenue, turn right at the stop light at Wayne Avenue. Parking is available along the south side of the Wayne Avenue and access to the field is available.

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load in the half circle at Babcock Hall, which can be accessed from Beall Avenue and to park along the south side of Wayne Avenue. Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility. 

L.C. Boles Golf Course (No. 33)

Cross Country competes at this facility. Going north on Beall Avenue, turn right at the stop light at Wayne Avenue, then turn right on Gasche Street, and the golf course will be 100 yards down on your left. Visitor parking is available at this parking lot, along the south side of Wayne Avenue, or in the lot across from the Wooster Inn.

Attention Visiting Teams: Vans and buses are to drop-off and load at the half circle at the tennis courtss and park in the spaces on the west side of Gashe Stree (along practice putting green). Visiting teams are not permitted to hold potluck meals in any indoor athletic facility. 

Wooster Country Club (off campus)

The varsity golf teams compete at this facility, one mile from campus. For more information, visit woostercountryclub.com, and/or use the following address for GPS services

NCAC Photography Policy
At no time are parents permitted onto the playing fields or sidelines for photographs during competitions and warm-ups. This includes Carl Munson Track for events at John P. Papp Stadium, the artificial turf for track & field meets, and access between two courts for tennis matches. Media/photography credential requests should be forwarded to Kevin Smith in the athletic communication office (ksmith@wooster.edu) at least 24 hours in advance of the contest. Credentials are limited to professionals working in print, broadcast, or electronic media, and their issuance is at the discretion of the director of athletic communication. Credentials that are approved can be obtained in the press box at the appropriate facility 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. 

Pet Policy
All pets (excluding service animals) are prohibited inside John P. Papp Stadium (including on the Carl Munson track), the Tennis Courts, and Carl Dale Field at all times. Those with non-service animal pets can bring lawn chairs or blankets and watch the contests from the hill at Papp Stadium or outside the fence at the D.J. Hard Tennis Courts and Carl Dale Field.
