Sean Lawlor joined The College of Wooster’s baseball staff as a volunteer assistant prior to the 2024 season. Lawlor arrived at the College following a year coaching Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy in Florida. Lawlor will work with the outfielders and hitters.

As a professional, Lawlor played for the Lake Erie Crushers in the Frontier League in 2023, where he was an infielder. In 2022, Lawlor played for the Eastside Diamond Hoppers in the United Shore Professional Baseball League.

In College, Lawlor earned first-team all-conference honors at the University of Maine and all-conference laurels at Flagler College, where he was a three-year starter before moving on to Maine as a graduate transfer. As a graduate transfer, Lawlor hit .350 (55-for-157) over 44 starts, and had 37 RBI, 35 runs, nine doubles, and seven home runs. In 2019, Lawlor earned most valuable player honors from the Futures Collegiate League.

Originally from Florida, Lawlor earned an MBA from Maine and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Flagler.
