Continuing to improve as a wide receiver … Originally a quarterback who switched to the defensive side of the ball midway through freshman year, and then split time between quarterback and wide receiver last year.

2015: Started all 10 games, including at quarterback against national-power Wittenberg (Oct. 3) …Led the team in receptions (53), receiving yards (556), and touchdowns (7) … Hauled in a single-game program record 15 receptions at DePauw (Sept. 19) … Went over 100 yards (104) for the first time against the Tigers … Other signature game was a 8-catch, 149-yard outing, as part of Gary Muntean’s record-breaking day at Hiram (Nov. 7) … Snared a pair of touchdown receptions at Allegheny (Sept. 12) and at Kenyon (Oct. 31), including the game-tying one against the Lords with under three minutes remaining … Went 6-for-20 for 27 yards passing in start at quarterback against the Tigers … Toted the ball 18 times for 51 yards versus Oberlin (Oct. 17).

2014: Was the free safety in the Scots’ 4-2-5 alignment, starting all 10 games … Finished fifth on the team with 43 tackles … Tied career high with eight stops at No. 11 Wabash (Oct. 4) … Added 1.5 tackles for loss against the Little Giants … Intercepted a pass and broke up two others against Hiram (Sept. 27).

2013: Made a mid-season switch from quarterback to safety and thrived with 26 tackles, five interceptions, two pass breakups, and two forced fumbles over final four games … Tied for the league lead in interceptions with teammate Brandon James and ranked sixth in NCAA Div. III (0.6 per game) … Had two interceptions against Denison (Oct. 26), returning one 73 yards before being downed at the two, and at Kenyon (Nov. 9) … Ended on a strong note with season-high eight tackles, an interception in the end zone, a forced fumble, and a pass breakup during 28-27 victory over Ohio Wesleyan (Nov. 16) … Threw a touchdown pass on his first collegiate pass attempt, a 13-yarder in the first quarter against No. 17 Wabash (Oct. 5).

Prior to Wooster: Named to the Academic All-Ohio Team … Two-time all-district and three-time all-Ohio Cardinal Conference honoree with the Arrows … Threw for 2,497 yards and 21 TDs, added another 600 yards rushing with 14 more scores, and led team to OCC championship as a senior quarterback … Lettered three times in both football and baseball.
