Senior Syd Schuster headlined The College of Wooster field hockey team's All-North Coast Athletic Conference selections as the only four-time all-league honoree league-wide this year, while three other Fighting Scots earned certificates in addition to the first-team midfielder. Senior forward Katie Agatucci earned second-team honors, while junior back Lucy Agurkis and senior forward Caitlyn O'Connor claimed honorable mention spots.

Schuster, Wooster's 15th four-time All-NCAC selection, and first since alumna Rose Taylor '19, ranked second on the team in points (17) and goals (7), and third in assists (3) this fall. The two-time first-team All-NCAC star started all 16 games and logged back-to-back two-goal games in wins over DePauw University and Oberlin College. Schuster added an assist in the 6-0 rout of Oberlin to finish with five points in the contest.

Agatucci's nine goals led Wooster, and the senior finished tops on the team in points at 21. The two-time all-conference pick started 14 games and scored in five of Wooster's seven wins. The forward netted a co-career-high three goals in the Oberlin contest, and she opened the year with two goals at Washington & Jefferson College, including the game-winner in overtime.

Agurkis started all 16 games and was part of two shutout efforts on the year. She scored her first collegiate goal on a penalty stroke in a 2-1 win over DePauw on September 25 and passed out assists at Concordia University Wisconsin and Earlham College.

O'Connor, now a two-time All-NCAC performer, was one of four Scots to reach double-digit points on the year. The forward's four assists marked the runner-up total on the team, and she scored three goals. O'Connor started 16 games, with two of the goals coming against Concordia.

Wooster went 7-9 this fall, which included a 3-5 ledger in conference play.
