Coaches hope that once this key forward finishes recovering from surgery that he’ll be able to have more natural flow in movement and be more efficient in all aspects of play … One of the regulars in the forward rotation the last two years, and is a formidable interior presence evidenced by leading the NCAC in blocks per game as a junior.

2016-17: Developed into one of the premier posts in the conference, evidenced by leading the NCAC in blocks per game, and ranked 10th in the league in rebounds … Averaged 6.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game … Played in all 29 games, while starting about half of them … Again, turned in a strong debut to the season with 11 points and seven rebounds versus Oberlin (Nov. 16) … Logged a career-day at Whitman (Dec. 18) with career-bests in points and rebounds with 17 in both categories … Overall, tallied two double-doubles with first one coming at Hiram (Dec. 7) behind 14 points and 10 rebounds … In fact, scored 14 points in both Hiram contests, courtesy of a 6-for-7 night from the field that also featured eight rebounds in second meeting of the year (Jan. 25) … Recorded back-to-back four-block games versus Defiance (Nov. 19) and at Marietta (Nov. 23) … Stat sheet featured 13 games with at least seven rebounds.

Prior to Wooster: Earned the team’s Unsung Hero award during freshman season at Cincinnati State, which is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association … Averaged 6.8 points and 4.3 boards, while helping the Surge to a 25-7 record … Part of back-to-back state championship teams at Wasatch Academy in Mt.
