Ferrara Cards NCAC Player of the Week Award
Senior shot a 3-over-par 75 on Saturday
Evan Ferrara, a senior on The College of Wooster's men's golf team, was tabbed as the North Coast Athletic Conference's Player of the Week for his play at Sunday's Baldwin Wallace University Fall Invitational, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Ferrara posted his third top-five finish of the fall with a 3-over-par 75 at the par-72, 6,748-yard Pine Hills Golf Club in Hinckley, Ohio. The business economics major helped Wooster to a third-place finish in the six-team field.
Ferrara's now carded six scores in the 70s this fall, with his career-best 67 headlining the quintet. That came in the season-opening Gatorade College, and marked the lowest round by a Scot since at least 1985.
Wooster's fall season concludes at this weekend's Wabash College Fall Classic.
