The United Soccer Coaches Association recently released the 2017-18 College Team Academic Award Winners, and The College of Wooster men's soccer team was one of 289 teams recognized.

This is the third consecutive year the men have been honored. To qualify, teams must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the entire academic year.

Furthermore, The College of Wooster was one of 191 schools where both the men's and women's programs were awarded.

Individually, five Wooster student-athletes were named to last year's NCAC Academic Honor Roll - Bob Beall, Will Yakubik, Benjamin Freije, Zacharias Andreou and Paulo Nunes. Wooster's collective team grade point average was 3.15.
