Continues to improve and learn following two solid campaigns in the circle and will serve as one of the Scots’ top-two pitchers … Also could fill in at first base … 2008: Served as Wooster’s No. 1 pitcher with a team-high 17 starts and 99.0 innings … Posted a 7-7 record, 3.54 ERA, and 57 strikeouts … Ranked among the top-10 in the NCAC in most every pitching category … Tossed a complete-game 1-0 shutout vs. St. Lawrence (March 15) and then struck out a season-high eight the next day during a 3-1 victory vs. Illinois College (March 16) … Also batted .273 (15-for-55) with four doubles and six RBI, highlighted by a 3-for-4 performance with two doubles at Hiram (April 3) … 2007: Split starts as a first-year pitcher, racking up a team-leading 118.0 innings of work in 20 appearances (18 starts) … Won five games (5-14) and registered a 4.03 ERA, in addition to 81 strikeouts – the third-most in the league … Also tied for second in the NCAC in complete games (16) and tied for fourth in innings pitched … Struck out a career-high nine in 6.0 innings against Allegheny (April 13) … Prior to Wooster: Earned five letters at Westerville South High School – three in softball and two in volleyball … Was a key member of the Wildcats’ 2006 conference and district championships and 2005 district runner-up finish, picking up first-team all-league accolades as a senior and second-team honors as a junior … Personal:  Born Oct. 8, 1987 … Daughter of James and Corinne Kelley … Majoring in psychology with a minor in education.
