The College of Wooster women's swimming and diving team started its season 2-0 over the weekend, and sophomore Kate Hunt was a big reason why, as she placed first in three events, and was named the North Coast Athletic Conference's Women's Swimmer of the Week.

On Friday in a 125-112 win against University of Mount Union, Hunt won the 200 butterfly in 2:16.85. The in a dual-meet with Wittenberg University Saturday, Hunt touched the wall first in both the 50 (25.41) and 100 freestyle (55.75).

The Fighting Scots will look to continue their strong start to the season Saturday when both the men and women host Ohio Northern University at 1 p.m.
