Morgan Hughes

Freshman Morgan Hughes has been a key contributor for The College of Wooster's women's swimming and diving team, and her victories against Ohio Northern University over the weekend earned her North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete-of-the-Week honors, the league office announced Monday.

Hughes won two individual races and one relay, but Ohio Northern narrowly edged out the Scots (153-141).

First, Hughes won the 50 freestyle in 25.83, and then she went to take the 100 freestyle as well in 55.24. Later, she led off the winning 200 freestyle relay team (1:41.77) to round out an impressive afternoon.
