Rapid ascension led to holding down the fort as the team’s top breaststroke specialist, and hard work paid off with a championship heat start in the 200-yard event last year at NCACs.

2016-17: Delivered a breakthrough performance in the 200 breast at NCACs, earning a spot in the championship heat and placing sixth at 2:35.44 … Touched 14th in the 100 breast with time of 1:10.50 and turned in a 2:16.76 in the 200 individual medley to take 17th-place … Swam on Wooster’s preliminary 200 medley relay that hit the wall at 1:51.29.

2015-16: Contributed to the team score in three bonus heats at inaugural appearance at NCACs … Won the bonus heat of the 100 breast (1:11.48) … Placed 21st overall in the 400 IM (4:59.72) and 22nd in the 200 breast (2:35.60).
