Korri Palmer

Senior Korri Palmer (Marietta, Ga.) was recognized by the North Coast Athletic Conference office on Monday and was named the NCAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week in Sprints/Hurdles.

In the team's lone meet last week in a tri-meet between Earlham College and Kenyon College, Palmer took first place in the 60-meter dash with a top time of 8.66 seconds. She was also a part of the winning 4x200 relay team, who finished in 1:54.62.

Next, Wooster hosts the Fighting Scots Invitational on Saturday. Field events start at noon with track events beginning at 2:30 p.m.
