Claudia Partridge

Sophomore Claudia Partridge of The College of Wooster track and field team, turned in a new personal-best time of 28.04 seconds in the 200 meters at last week's Coastal Carolina Invitational, and on Monday, she was selected as the North Coast Athletic Conference's Athlete of the Week for women's sprints and hurdles events, as announced by the conference office.

Partridge's time was the fastest turned in by a NCAC competitor last week. She also competed in the long jump (15 feet) and high jump (4 feet, 11 inches) at last week's meet.

This is Partridge's first NCAC Athlete of the Week honor.
