The College of Wooster's Will McMichael is now a seven-time North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week, as the Fighting Scots' star sprinter earned this week's award following a record-breaking finish at Saturday's Bob Shannon Invitational.

McMichael anchored Wooster's school-record 4x400 relay that clocked a time of 3:27.53, with that ranking slightly better than the 2020 record (3:27.98), that was also anchored by the senior.

Earlier in the meet, McMichael led a field of 21 to the finish with the tape-breaking time of 1:58.90 in the 800 meters, with that marking a season-best for the four-time conference champion.

Wooster is next in action at Saturday's All-Ohio Championships, which is being hosted by Wittenberg University.
