2024 Cross Country: Repeated as letterwinner … Finished 78th at NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) in a time of 29:49.0 … Had a season-best 8k time of 29:22.6 at the Jenna Strong Classic (Oct. 18) … Went 25:01.9 in four miles at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30).

2024 Outdoor: Made six starts … Competed in 1,500 at NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Top collegiate 1,500 time of 4:32.20 came week before at Denison Invitational (Apr. 26) … Posted top 5k time of 18:25.87 at home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Opened outdoor season strong with 4:54.56 in the mile and 9:51.88 in the 3k at multi-division Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16).
