Sunday's have been The College of Wooster women's golf team's calling card this season, and that was the case again this week, with the Fighting Scots picking up win No. 2 on the season with a 42-stroke (370-412) victory over Ohio Wesleyan at the par-72, 5803-yard Wooster Country Club.

Senior Megan Gronau fought through blustery conditions to earn medalist honors at 87. The neuroscience major birdied the par-five, 474-yard No. 7 and she had four pars in the round.

Sophomore Riley Thorr stepped up a big way with a season-low 93, and that score was just three strokes off her career-low of 90 set at the 2019 Heidelberg University Fall Invitational. Thorr, who placed third, pared two of the first three holes on Sunday and led the field on par-3 holes, which she played at 1-over-par.

Senior Tongtong Wu and first-year Melissa Cooke rounded out the Scots in the top-five with scores of 94 and 96, respectively. The duo ranked third and second, respectively, behind Gronau on par-five scoring on the day, and Cooke pared both par-five holes on the back-nine.

Junior Kayla Audette rounded out the lineup with a 99, while senior Devon Matson (101) and first-year Drew Patterson (111) competed as individuals.

Next, Wooster's set to host Allegheny College and Carnegie Mellon University's "B" team at Raccoon Hill Golf Club in Kent, Ohio, on Saturday, April 3.
