Haywood's First Top-Three Finish Leads Scots to Another Runner-Up Showing
Wooster takes second at Westminster Fall Invitational
NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania – Sophomore Abigail Haywood's first collegiate top-three finish headlined The College of Wooster women's golf team's runner-up showing at the Westminster College Fall Invitational. Haywood made 10 pars in the round, six of which came on the back nine at the par-71, 5,516-yard Avalon Field Club at New Castle. Haywood pared all four par-3 and all three par-5 holes in the round. Haywood had two stretches of three consecutive pars on the back nine.
