The College of Wooster women's lacrosse team is in the midst of a nine-game winning streak, and Eliza Perry had a big hand in three of those wins last week, helping her earn the North Coast Athletic Conference's Player-of-the-Week honor for the first time in her career, the league office announced Monday afternoon.

Overall, the junior attacker scored nine goals on 13 shot attempts and assisted on seven others to run her point total to 16 for the week.

In an 18-11 victory over Allegheny College (April 2), Perry tallied a career-high eight points coming on three goals and five assists. She added another two goals in an 18-5 win against Hiram College (April 6), and then in Sunday's 21-9 triumph over Sewanee, Perry had a four-goal outing, her third hat trick of the season, and chipped in two assists.

Perry currently leads Wooster and ranks third in the conference with 41 points (24 goals, 17 assists).

The Scots (9-1, 2-0 NCAC) will look to make it 10 in a row when they visit rival Wittenberg University (6-3, 3-0 NCAC) Wednesday at 7 p.m.
