The program went 33-2-4 over its first four years of varsity status and heads into 2024 riding a streak of nine consecutive winning seasons, headlined by a program-record 16 wins (16-2) in 2019. The program is 420-274-12 (.603) all-time with six NCAA Div. III Championships berths and five North Coast Athletic Conference championships.

Individually, Wooster players have earned 12 All-America honors, headlined by multiple selections in 1996 (Emily Brunk, Liz Conrad) and 2004 (Nicole Pritchard, Megan Sward). Alumna Shawna Ferris was voted a first-team College Sports Communicators Academic All-American® in 2013.
