The College of Wooster women's soccer team played to its second tie of the year with a 1-1 result versus the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg on Saturday.
First-year Emma Fischer put Wooster ahead near the start of the second half with her second goal of the year. Senior Hallie Krzys was credited on the assist, her third of the season.
Krzys took advantage of a deflection and found Fischer in the half circle. Fischer then laced it past the goalkeeper in the left side of the net.
Pitt-Greensburg (2-1-3) scored from a similar location in the 61st minute, as Sarah Tonkovich put one out of reach of keeper Amanda Flory.
The Scots had plenty of opportunities, outshooting the Bobcats 25-10, but could only find the back of the net once in a 16-shot second half. Wooster had a chance late with a player going down in the box, but no penalty kick was awarded.
Flory ended up with five saves while her counterpart collected nine.
Next, Wooster (3-1-2) will host the Rochester Institute of Technology on Saturday as the team celebrates its senior day.
