The College of Wooster women's soccer team took care of business in a North Coast Athletic Conference matchup on Tuesday, defeating Hiram College 2-0 at Carl Dale Field.
The Scots scored in each half, and both goals were assisted by junior Julia Struck.
Struck first found senior Alyssa Lubba on a cross in the 27th minute for the game's first score. Later, she and Hallie Krzys chained a pair of passes together to find Annie Henegar, who scored in the 59th minute.
Wooster kept the pressure on the guest Terriers (3-12, 1-4 NCAC), outshooting them 33-1. Junior Amanda Flory did not need a save to collect the clean sheet, while her counterpart, Emma Deffenbaugh, made eight saves.
Henegar stays in the team lead with eight goals on the season. Lubba moves her season tally to four.
Struck records her first two points of the year, and Krzys adds to her team-high in assists with seven.
Wooster moves to 10-3-2 overall and 3-2 in the NCAC. Their three wins currently tops the NCAC rankings with games still to be played on Wednesday.
Wooster has two games remaining in its regular season schedule. They travel to Ohio Wesleyan University (9-4-2, 2-1-2 NCAC) on Saturday.
