2024 Cross Country: Started in four meets … Made season debut in 37:75.5 at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20) … Went a season-best 8k time of 32:22.3 at the Jenna Strong Classic (Oct. 18) … Closed the season with 5k time of 20:13.0 at home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8).

2024 Outdoor: Made four starts … Went 1:01.52 in the 400 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16) to start the outdoor season strong … Toed the starting line of the 800 at the Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) and crossed the finish line in 2:27.98 … Posted a 5:01.61 1,500 time at the Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20).

2024 Indoor: Made two starts … Ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x400 relay at home and season opening Wooster Invitational (Jan. 13), combining for a time of 4:00.54 … Had a top 2024 400 time of 1:00.33 in the Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 16), placing seventh overall.

2023 Cross Country: Made five starts on the season … Debuted with 17:16.1 at the 4K home Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Had season-best championship length time of 37:08.6 at Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 13).

2023 Outdoor: Missed the season due to studying abroad.

2022 Cross Country: Turned in a career-best, championship-length time of 28:16.6 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Championships (Nov. 12) … Finished 74th at NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) in a time of 30:58.6 …  Lettered for the second consecutive season … Top-seven finisher for the Scots in five of the seven meets started … Debuted for the championship-length season in 29:42.8 at the Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10).

2022 Outdoor: All-Ohio champion as part of Wooster’s winning 4x400 (3:22.60) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) …Competed in the prelims of the 800 at NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Also ran in the 1500 at conference meet … Logged a collegiate-best 800 time of 1:59.73 at Denison Invitational (April 29), which was fourth in the field … Overall competed in eight meets.

2022 Indoor: All-NCAC performer as part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 that crossed at 3:26.34 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Also scored in the distance medley relay as part of Wooster’s sixth-place time of 10:38.93 at NCAC meet… Logged a collegiate-best time of 56.68 in the 400  in dual meet versus Denison (Jan. 27).

2021 Cross Country: One of the team’s most consistent harriers, evidenced by earning a spot on the regional squad … Delivered championship-length season-best time of 29:06.4 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 13) … Crossed 83rd at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30), stopping the watch at 29:38.1 … Competed in nine meets … Made championship-length debut at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11) and took 80th with time of 29:38.2 … Went 31:33.5 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), which was good for 34th-place … Covered the championship-length course in 29:23.3 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in the preliminary heats of the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Logged a season-best 800 time (2:07.14) at the Ohio Wesleyan Marv Frye Invitational (April 10) … Ran in six meets and was part of the winning 4x800 (8:45.66) at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23).

2021 Indoor: Competed in both meets … Went 2:52.83 to take fourth in the 1000 at Wittenberg (Feb.26) and was fourth in the mile with time of 5:04.10 versus Ohio Wesleyan (March 6).

2020 Cross Country: No season.

Prior to Wooster: Part of two regional and three championship teams at Haslett High School … Three-time all-league honoree … Member of the cross country, swimming & diving, and track & field teams.
