2024 Cross Country: Started in four meets … Made season debut at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20) with 8k time of 39:24.0 … Went season-best 38:03.8 at Jenna Strong Classic (Oct. 18) … Top collegiate 5k time of 20:57.4 came at home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8).

2024 Outdoor: Made seven starts … Competed in 400 hurdle prelims at NCAC Championships (May 3-4), turning in a time of 1:01.03 … Season-best 400 hurdle time came at Denison Invitational (Apr. 26) in 1:00.16 to place fourth … Collegiate best outdoor 200 time of 24.80 came at Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Went 56.24 in the 400 at the multi-divisional Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16).

2024 Indoor: Made five starts … Ran 56.11 in the 400 prelims at NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Posted a top collegiate 400 time of 55.73 at Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 16) … Part of the winning 4x400 relay team at Kenyon meet as the team combined to finish in 3:45.22 … Had a indoor season-best 24.96 at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 3) … Lined up in the 800 during dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 25) and finished in 2:20.97.

2023 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets … Qualified to 400 hurdle finals at NCAC Championships (May 5-6), placing sixth overall in 59.45 … Logged collegiate-best and sixth-fastest overall time of 58.43 in 400 hurdle prelims at NCAC meet … Also competed in 400 hurdles at All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Was top-three in 400 hurdles at three separate meets … Had season-best 400 dash time of 58.02 at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 16-18) … Part of Wooster’s winning 4x400  (3:29.45) at Denison Invitational (April 28).

2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Debuted at the home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14) with 57.94 in the 400 …Had pair of collegiate bests at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) with 24.69 in the 200 and 55.85 in the 400 … Turned in two more collegiate bests at the Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) in the 60 (7.69) and 800 (2:19.52) … Also part of Wooster’s winning 4x400 (3:48.12) at Kenyon Invitational.

2022 Cross Country: Made six starts on the season … Top championship-length time came at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 14) in 35:28.0 … First collegiate championship-length race came at the Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10) in a time of 36:53.4 … Debuted in 30:05.5 at the 4-mile Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1).

Prior to Wooster: Member of the baseball, cross country, and track & field teams at Plum Senior High School … Prepped for Adam Molinaro and Stephanie and Brent Kennedy.
