Has proven to be one of the best distance runners in the conference, both on the track and on the cross country course.

2016 Outdoor: Scoring contributor at the All-Ohio Championships via an eighth-place time (34:42.34) in the 10000 meters … Also competed in the 1500 meters (4:24.95) at the Wooster Invitational and the 5000 meters (16:29.33) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 17-19).

2016 Indoor: Had a very limited slate, making one start in the 3000 meters and appearing as part of the distance medley relay once.

2015 Cross Country: Earned second all-conference certificate with a 10th-place showing (25:58.1) at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31) … Finished 22nd at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 16) and 39th at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2).

2015 Outdoor: Was just two spots shy (fifth-place) of all-Ohio honors in the 5000, turning in a time of 15:41.71 – the sixth-fastest in school history – at the All-Ohio Championships  (April 11).

2015 Indoor: Broke a 14-year-old school record in the 3000 with an 8:47.31 time at NCACs (March 6-7) … Placed fourth in the 3000 (8:52.42) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 14), and was runner-up in that event at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 31).

2014 Cross Country: Earned all-region honors for the second-straight year by taking 21st (25:03.3) at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 15) … Added honorable mention all-conference status with a 17th-place run at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1), and also gained all-Ohio distinction with a 19th-place showing at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 3) … Had back-to-back top-10 finishes at the OWU Invitational (Sept. 6) and the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 20).

2014 Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 5000 at both the All-Ohio (April 12) and the NCAC Championships (May 2-3) … Was fourth in the 1500 at the Wooster Invitational (March 29).

2014 Indoor: Time of 9:21.11 was good for first in the 3000 at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 22), and also crossed first in the mile (4:41.12) at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 25).

2013 Cross Country: Earned all-region honors as a first-year, achieving a 26th-place time of 25:57.5 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) … Had top-30 times at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 4) and the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2).

Prior to Wooster: Two-time state qualifier at Avon High School … Consistent all-region, all-district, and all-conference performer.
