2022 Outdoor: Just missed on scoring in the 3000-meter steeplechase at NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Went 12:39.30 in the event at conference, which was the ninth-fastest time … Runner-up in the 3000 meters at Denison Invitational (April 29) with time of 11:10.16 and was runner-up in the 3K steeplechase at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) with time of 12:39.35 … Competed in seven meets.

2022 Indoor: Earned All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s runner-up distance medley relay (13:09.82) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) … Competed in the 3K and 5000 meters at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26), with top showing of ninth-place coming in the 5K (19:28.6) … Competed in five meets … Had runner-up showings in the mile (5:35.55) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22), the 800 meters (2:39.50) in dual meet with Denison (Jan. 27), and the mile (5:34.47) at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 5).

2021 Cross Country: Earned All-NCAC honorable mention honors for the second time with 17th-place time of 24:19.9 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Helped Scots to third-place showing at NCAC Championships, the program’s highest since finishing as co-champion in 1998 … 10th among Div. III runners at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) with time of 24:17.4 … One of three Scots to earn All-Ohio honors, making program one of three Div. III ones with at least a trio of All-Ohio finishers … Placed 58th at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13) with time of 23:26.6 … Helped the Scots to the highest regional finish since 2006 … Time of 19:36.8 was good for 14th at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15), where Wooster won a meet larger than a quad for the first time since 1998 … Was among the top-10 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) with time of 25:09.6 … Third to cross at Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (18:52.7), reaching the finish in 18:52.7.

2021 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 10,000 meters with career-best time of 39:31.95 at the NCAC Championships (May 9) … Turned in a 40:39.34 in other 10K outing at the Denison Quad Meet (April 2) … Competed in six meets … Was the runner-up in the 3K steeplechase (12:28.48) at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational (April 23).

2021 Indoor: Runner-up in the mile (5:37.88) and 3K (11:15.52) in dual meet against Ohio Wesleyan (March 6).

2020 Cross Country: No season.

2020 Outdoor: Runner-up in the 5K at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) after a personal-best time of 18:52.77 … Earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honors for 5K performance at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Just missed on All-NCAC honors in the 3K, thanks to a personal-best time of 10:40.16, which was good for fourth-place at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Part of Wooster’s sixth-place distance medley relay (13:05.83) at the NCAC Championships … Earned a spot on Wooster’s scoring DMR at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), with that relay placing sixth at 13:22.12 … Logged a time of 10:54.97 in the 3K at All-Ohio, which was good for 11th-place.

2019 Cross Country: Earned All-NCAC honorable mention honors, thanks to a 17th-place time of 23:17.8 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Narrowly missed on other major awards, including all-region and All-Ohio honors … Placed 42nd at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) with time of 22:35.7 and was 25th among Div. III harriers at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) with time of 24:20.4 … Broke Wooster’s 4000-meters team record at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) with third-place time of 15:14.5.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 1500 meters and 3K steeplechase at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4), and posted times of 5:15.55 and 12:22.83, respectively … Logged a season-best steeplechase time of 12:16.48 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) … Won the 800 meters in Denison Dual Meet (April 10) with time of 2:34.41.

2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3K and 5K meters at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) and placed 11th in the 3K at 11:08.92 … Runner-up in the mile (5:42.64) at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22) and as part of the DMR (13:44.43) at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 2).

2018 Cross Country: Crossed at 24:08.2 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10), which was third within the team and 101st overall … Time of 24:30.5 was good for 37th-place at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Logged a season-best championship-length time of 23:59.2 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

Prior to Wooster: State qualifier as a senior at Edgewood Senior High School.
