Hopes to translate his experience and tools into a standout senior season.
2015: Began the year as the ace and remained in the rotation most of the way with nine starts (14 appearances) … Finished with a 2-2 record, 7.31 ERA, and 30 strikeouts in 48.0 innings pitched … Entered as a reliever in one conference tourney game, yielding one run in 2.0 innings vs. Oberlin (May 7) … Had two quality starts, allowing just one run over 6.0 innings against both Dominican (Ill.) (March 14) and Hiram (April 18) … Matched a career high with five strikeouts in the Dominican game … Threw complete game vs. Allegheny (March 29).
2014: Was the fourth starter primarily, getting the nod in six games, and also came out of the pen four times … Split two decisions and tallied a 7.50 ERA with 22 strikeouts in 24.0 innings … Registered a pair of quality starts vs. Bethel (Minn.) (March 21) and vs. Hiram (April 13), going six innings in each … Didn’t allow an earned run and struck out season-high five in the Hiram game.
2013: Made eight appearances, working 8.2 innings … Struck out three and compiled a 6.23 ERA … Pitched against several high-caliber opponents, including a season-high 2.0 innings at national power Marietta (April 25) as well as Case Western Reserve, Johns Hopkins twice, and Montclair State.
Prior to Wooster: Selected to the All-Federal League Second Team as a senior after helping lead Jackson High School to a 20-6 record … Went 4-1 with a 2.23 ERA for the Polar Bears.
Personal: Born on Aug. 26, 1994 … Is the son of Keri Sullivan and Jason Woullard … Majoring in economics.
