2018 Outdoor: Narrowly missed out on a repeat all-conference certificate in the 800 meters … Placed fourth at 1:58.06 at the NCAC Championships (May 5) … Turned in first sub-2:00 time in the 800 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 27) with a 1:58.55.

2018 Indoor: Key relay contributor, helping the Scots to matching fifth-place finishes in the 4x400 (3:34.90) and distance medley relay (10:49.71) at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Won the mile (4:37.46) and the 4x400 (3:40.95) at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20) … Added a runner-up finish in the 800 (2:03.62) at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Strong career carried over to cross country course and culminated with first cross country all-conference certificate … Placed 20th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) with time of 26:26.2 to help the Scots to first top-four showing since 2013 … Turned in a 27:19.7 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) to place in the top 100 … Top Wooster finisher at the 4000-meters Denison Dual with time of 14:00.9 holding for runner-up honors … Logged a fourth-place time of 21:46.0 at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) on the four-mile course, and again, was the top Wooster finisher in the race.

2017 Outdoor: Peaked at NCAC Championships, becoming fourth Fighting Scot to win the 800 with a personal-best 1:54.66 … Claimed two other first-place runs … Won the 800 (1:58.34) at Kenyon’s Spring Invitational (April 22) and the 1500 meters at Baldwin Wallace’s Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 12) with a personal-best 3:57.46 … Winning time at Kenyon’s Spring Invitational led to NCAC Athlete-of-the-Week honor … Reliable leg of an all-underclassmen 4x400, which posted a year’s top time of 3:29.70 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15).

2017 Indoor: Posted five top-10 individual finishes, including two first-place times, as one of the team’s top middle distance runners … Placed sixth in the 800 behind a career indoor-best 1:58.74 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Opened the season with a win in the 3000 meters at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (Jan. 13) … Ran a first-place 800 clip of 2:00.41 at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18).

2016 Cross Country: Competed in four meets on the year … Ran to a top-two team finish (28:13.5) at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) … Added a fourth-place team finish at the 8000-meter Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 17), turning in a 29:23.6.

2016 Outdoor: Delivered another big-meet performance, this time earning all-conference honors in the 800 via a third-place time of 1:55.31 at the NCAC Championships (May 7) … Turned in the second-fastest qualifying time in the preliminary heats one day prior via a 1:56.59 clip … Went on to turn in a 2:03.82 in the 800 and a 4:03.36 in the 1500 at the All-Great Lakes Elite Meet (May 19) and the 11th-Annual Gator Invitational (May 13) respectively … Won the 1500 at the Wooster Quad (April 19) and the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29) … Part of the 4x400 at both the NCAC and All-Ohio Championships (April 16).

2016 Indoor: Part of the all-freshmen All-NCAC distance medley relay quartet that took third with a time of 10:30.35 at the NCAC Championships (March 4) … Also was a part of that relay that placed sixth (10:34.38) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 13) … Accumulated a trio of first-place times, including in the mile (4:32.81) at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 20).

2015 Cross Country: Consistently one of the team’s top-seven runners as a freshman … Third Scot to cross at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31), navigating the 8K in 27:30.7  … Crossed at 27:54.2 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 14), again contributing as Wooster’s third finisher.

Prior to Wooster: Helped Shaker Heights High School to second-place finish at district competition as a senior, while individually placing ninth at 17:54.49 … Earned all-district honors as a senior in cross country … Two-time all-conference in cross country and track & Field … Earned four letters in track & field and three in cross country.
