Has played a number of positions throughout career, and now among a number of players competing for starting position at linebacker, where two all-NCAC standouts graduated.
2014: Played in nine games as a special teams contributor and also steadily worked his way into the defensive backfield rotation as a back-up strong safety … Finished the year with 12 tackles, including one for loss … Career-best four stops came against Allegheny (Oct. 11).
2013: Helped key Wooster’s 27-24 win at DePauw (Nov. 2) with clutch catches on back-to-back plays – the first two receptions of his career – first converting a 4th-and-3 followed by a 19-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter … Entered two other varsity games.
2012: Appeared in one game as a freshman.
Prior to Wooster: Two-year letterwinner in both football and baseball at Massillon Jackson High School … Totaled 36 receptions for 336 yards and a touchdown during his career with the Polar Bears.
