An explosive athlete, per the staff … Should have an expanded role this year on both sides of the ball, per the staff.

2018: One of the team’s top rookies in 2018 … Led the Scots with 69 groundballs, the sixth-most in program history since the NCAA started tracking them in 1999 … Logged a season-high 12 groundballs at Hiram (March 24), and tallied eight in back-to-back wins versus Kean (March 14) and Wabash (March 17) … Scooped up at least five groundballs in six games.

Prior to Wooster: Two-time all-section honoree while prepping under Chip Hanson at Quaker Valley High School … Earned all-conference honors as a senior and was a four-year letterwinner.

Personal: Born April 23, 1999 … Son of Michael and Gail Mangan … Majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology.
