2019 Outdoor: Upped career-best in the javelin throw to 107 feet, 10 inches, which resulted in a sixth-place showing at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … A week prior, finished seventh in the heptathlon with 3,340 points (April 27-28) … Scored in the javelin at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) with sixth-place toss of 107 feet, 8 inches … Logged personal-best time of 1:07.97 in the 400 meters at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 20).
2019 Indoor: Scored in three events at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25; March 1-2), as the Scots posted their highest finish since 1997 … Seventh in the distance medley relay (12:36.48) and eighth in the high jump (4 feet, 8.75 inches) at the league championship, while also finishing seventh in the NCAC pentathlon with 2,548 points.
2018 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the javelin at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) at 97 feet, 11 inches … Also scored in the heptathlon with eighth-place point haul of 3,035 points at the NCAC Combined Events Championship (April 29) … Won the javelin at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21) with season-best throw of 103 feet, 2 inches … Part of the third-place 4x400 relay (4:22.28) at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7).
