2023 Cross Country: One of the Scots’ top harriers all season long … Earned All-Great Lakes Region honors by placing inside the top-35 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) … Posted career-best championship length time of 21:36.6 at regional championships to place 27th overall … Landed on the All-NCAC first-team with a fifth-place finish at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28), completing the championship-length course in 22:42.8 … Also earned All-Ohio honors by finishing 15th among all Div. III runners at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 15), crossing the finish line in 23:22.2 … Named the NCAC Athlete of the Week on Sept. 25 following a win at the 5K Denison dual meet (Sept. 21), breaking the tape with a time of 20:23.2 and finishing over 36 seconds ahead of the runner up … Was the runner-up in with top 5K time of 18:22.7 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) … Runner-up in season-opening 4K Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) in a career-best 4K time of 16:38.7 … Placed third in the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30) in a time of 25:00.6, helping Wooster to its first non-dual meet victory since 2021 … Had top-five finish at NCAC Preview Meet (Sept. 9) with a championship-length time of 26:12.3.

2023 Outdoor: Only made one start … Went 42:40.66 in the 10K to place eighth at NCAC Championships (May 5-6).

2023 Indoor: Did not compete.

2022 Cross Country: Competed in one meet … Ran a 5,000-meter time of 22:26.9 against Denison (Sept. 22), recording a fourth-place finish overall.

2022 Outdoor: Logged a collegiate-best 39:31.24 in the 10K to place sixth at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Turned in collegiate-best times of 12:10.97 and 18:45.80 in the 3K steeplechase and 5K, respectively, at All-Ohio Championships (April 16) and took fifth- and fourth-place, respectively … Won the 3K steeplechase at the Wooster Invitational (April 1) with time of 12:37.60, and time of 19:52.18 was the tape-breaker in the 5K at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) … Competed in six meets.

2022 Indoor: Helped Scots to first NCAC runner-up finish since 1997 … Earned All-NCAC honors as part of Wooster’s runner-up DMR that crossed at 12:36.56 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Individually, scored as the fifth-place finisher in the mile at NCAC meet with time of 5:18.30 … Logged a 10:55.50 in the 3K at the NCAC Championships, which was the ninth-place time … Just missed on All-Ohio honors with fourth-place time of 5:21.69 in the mile at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) … Two-time NCAC Athlete of the Week … Started collegiate track & field career with blue-ribbon time of 10:49.46 in the 3K at Wooster Quad (Jan. 15) and earned NCAC Athlete of the Week honor … Second weekly conference award followed dual meet with hometown Denison (Jan. 27) … Had the winning times of 2:23.92 and 5:18.09 in the 800 and mile, respectively, against Denison, and both times marked collegiate-bests … Competed in six meets.

2021 Cross Country: Quickly became one of Wooster’s top harriers and was consistently among the team’s top five by season’s end … Just missed All-NCAC honors with 25th-place time of 24:38.4 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Helped Scots to best conference showing – third – since 1998 … Logged a season-best championship-length time of 23:36.8 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13), helping Scots to top regional finish since 2006 … Individually, crossed 68th at the regional meet … Placed 11th at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15), a meet won by the Scots, a first for the program in a meet larger than a quad since finishing as NCAC co-champions in 1998 … Debuted with a 13th-place time of 24:33.1 at the championship-length NCAC Preview (Sept. 11).

Prior to Wooster: Member of Granville High School’s state qualifier teams … Four-time Licking County League champion … Part of the program’s state-qualifying 4x800 relay … Prepped for Dave Agousta, Bart Smith, Ross Harley, and Chrisi Rogerson … Four-year varsity harrier and was on varsity for two years of track & field.
