2023 Cross Country: Made two starts on the season … Went 35:11.0 in collegiate cross-country debut in championship-length Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 13) … Turned in 5K time of 18:38.3 to finish 21st at home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3).

2023 Outdoor: Repeated as All-NCAC as part of Wooster’s winning and school-record breaking 4x400 in a time of 3:17.43 at NCAC Championships (May 5-6), with relay marking program’s first conference relay title since 2000 … Ran leg of Wooster’s eighth-place 4x100 (46.87) at NCACs … Also ran in 800 prelims at conference meet to a 1:59.91 collegiate best … Turned in a collegiate-best 400 time of 51.82 at Denison Invitational (April 28) … Raced to a 23.64 200 collegiate-best in dual meet against Oberlin (April 8) … Overall, competed in 10 meets.

2023 Indoor: Collected All-NCAC honors as part of Wooster’s runner-up 4x400 (3:27.34) at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … All-Ohio honoree as part of Wooster’s runner-up DMR (10:43.01) at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Part of Wooster’s record breaking 4x400 relay that had a time of 3:27.53 at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Ran leg of Wooster’s fifth-place DMR (10:42.32) at NCACs … Overall, competed in seven meets.

2022 Outdoor: Scored as part of the Scots’ eighth-place 4x100 (47.22) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Also logged season-best 400 time of 53.74 at the All-Ohio Championships … Competed in the preliminary heats of the 400 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) and logged time of 54.78 … Competed in seven meets.

2022 Indoor: Lone indoor start came in 200 at Denison Dual Meet (Jan. 27) … Logged time of 25.72.

2021-22 Basketball: Spent season honing skillset.

Prior to Wooster: Conference champion in the 400 and was a first-team all-conference selection as a senior at Coventry High School … Member of the basketball and track & field teams.

Personal: Parents are Reginald ’00 and Christina Ray … Father was a three-time All-American, finishing second in the 200 meters at the 1998 NCAA Div. III Championships, fourth in the 100 meters at the 2000 NCAA Div. III Championships, and sixth in the 200 meters in 2000 … Father was also a three-time All-NCAC wide receiver and played in the Arena Football League … Chemistry major … Involved with Minorities in STEM, African Student Union, and Black Studetn Association on campus.
