2020 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Competed in the 5000 meters at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29), and was 14th overall at 19:40.29 … Overall, competed in three meets … Was the runner-up in the 3000 meters at the Kenyon Tri-Meet (Feb. 21) at 11:25.89.

2019 Cross Country: Missed the season due to studying abroad.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Capped the year by logging new personal-bests in the 3K (11:32.22) and 5K (19:34.60) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 26) and NCAC Championships (May 3-4), respectively.

2019 Indoor: Did not compete.

2018 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) contingent for the second straight season and was the Scots’ fifth harrier to cross at 24:45.0 … Placed 54th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) with time of 24:59.4 … Placed 11th in dual meet versus Denison (Sept. 20) and Wooster Twilight 5K (Nov. 2), with both races spanning 5K.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in the 5K at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5), placing 18th at 21:03.03 … Logged a season-best time of 20:29.47 in the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2018 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 3K at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) with time of 11:56.19 … Time of 6:07.70 was fourth in the mile at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20).

2017 Cross Country: One of two first-years to earn a spot on Wooster’s seven-harrier contingent at the Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Navigated the 6000-meter championship course in 25:57.5 … Was the Scots’ third runner to cross at 24:36.4 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Turned in a 25:19.6 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

Prior to Wooster: Four-time all-league performer in cross country for Mike Homan at Haslett High School … Also lettered twice in track and field.
