2024 Cross Country: Repeated as a letterwinner … Finished 66^th in a time of 26:59.0 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) … Had a season-best 6k time of 26:18.4 at Denison Invitational (Sept. 6) … Scots’ second-best harrier at the Dan Mullen Invitational (Oct. 5), placing 14th in a time of 27:32.7.

2024 Outdoor: Made seven starts … Competed in the 800 meter prelims and the 1,500 at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4), placing 16^th in both events in 2:31.80 and 5:34.12, respectively … Collegiate best 5:24.83 in the 1,500 at the Denison Invitational … Top collegiate 5k time of 20:41.25 came at home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Opened outdoor season with 2:38.13 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16).

2024 Indoor: Made seven starts … Part of the winning distance medley relay team at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10) that combined for a time of 12:57.13 … Member of Wooster’s fifth-place DMR at NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) that crossed the finish line in 13:00.37 … Also competed in the mile prelims at NCACs, posting a time of 6:06.37 … Runner-up in a pair of events at Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 16) in the 800 in 2:36.33 and in the mile in a career-best 5:57.76 … Top collegiate 800 time came during Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 3) in 2:35.75.

2023 Cross Country: Earned letter as part of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Went 25:32.5 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) to finish 44th … Helped Wooster to first non-dual meet victory since 2021 by placing 10th at the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30) in a time of 27:28.4 … Had season-best eighth place finish in dual meet with Denison (Sept. 21), running the 5K course in 23:14.9 … Turned in top championship length time of 24:50.1 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11), finishing 186th overall … Debuted with 18:17.3 at the 4K Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1).
