2024 Cross Country: Earned third consecutive letter … Placed 76th at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) in 29:34.5 … Season-best 8k time came at Jenn Strong Classic (Oct. 18) in 28:21.3 … Opened the season with top four-mile time of 26:37.5 at home Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) … Closed strong with a top 5k time of 16:34.2 at Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8).

2024 Outdoor: Made six starts … Competed in the 800 prelims at NCAC Championships (May 3-4), running a time of 2:07.48 … Had a season-best 2:05.52 in the 800 at All-Ohio Championships (Apr. 13) … Ran a leg as part of four 4x400 relay teams, which posted a top time of 3:30.36 at the home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6).

2024 Indoor: Made six starts … Part of the winning distance medley relay team that broke the tape in 10:30.05 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10), earning All-Ohio honors … Part of both seventh-place relay teams (4x400 – 3:31.20 & DMR – 10:42.53) at NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Won 800 in season-best 2:05.89 during dual meet at Denison (Jan. 25) … Also part of winning 4x400 relay at Denison dual, combining for a time of 3:36.11 … Posted a 54.04 400 time at home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 20).

2023 Cross Country: Repeated as a letterwinner … Went 29:17.7 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28), placing 76th overall … Had top championship length time of 28:10.8 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) … Helped Wooster to first non-dual meet team victory since 2021 with eighth-place finish at the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30), crossing the finish line in 31:02.4 … Made season debut in 10th place at 4K Wooster Invitational (Sept 1) in 14:50.9 …  Posted top 5K time of 17:00.3 at Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) and finished 15th.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets … Ran in 800 prelims at NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Logged a career-best 2:04.04 in the 800 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Part of Wooster’s winning 4x400 (3:29.45) at the Denison Invitational (April 28) … Also had a collegiate-best 52.82 in the 400 at the Denison Invitational … Went 4:32.77 in the 1,500 in dual meet against Denison (April 26) … Turned in a 10:00.89 3K time at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 16-18) against competition from all three NCAA divisions.

2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Debuted with 5:17.50 in the mile at the home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14) … Had top collegiate mile time of 5:03.27 at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Posted a season-best 2:10.20 in the 800 in dual meet against Denison (Jan. 26).

2022 Cross Country: Earned letter as part of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Made eight starts on the year … Ran 31:46.4 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) to finish 80th … Had a top championship-length time of 30:27.0 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 14) … Top-seven finisher at the concluding Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4) in a time of 17:42.6.
