2024 Outdoor: Made six starts … Competed in the 800 prelims at NCAC Championships (May 3-4), running a time of 2:07.48 … Had a season-best 2:05.52 in the 800 at All-Ohio Championships (Apr. 13) … Ran a leg as part of four 4x400 relay teams, which posted a top time of 3:30.36 at the home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6).

III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) … Helped Wooster to first non-dual meet team victory since 2021 with eighth-place finish at the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30), crossing the finish line in 31:02.4 … Made season debut in 10th place at 4K Wooster Invitational (Sept 1) in 14:50.9 … Posted top 5K time of 17:00.3 at Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) and finished 15th.
