2024 Cross Country: Earned third consecutive letter … Ran 29:11.8 to place 72nd in the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) … Opened the season strong with a collegiate-best 4-mile time of 23:19.3 at the home Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) … Best individual finish came at Dan Mullen Invitational (Oct. 5) in 11th-place in 30:12.0 … Posted season-best 8k time of 28:07.3 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20).

2024 Outdoor: Made five starts … Placed 16th in the 10k at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4) in a time of 35:55.75 … Top 10k time of 35:05.17 came at All-Ohio Championships (Apr. 13) … Had collegiate best 5k time of 16:30.80 at home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Best finish of ninth place came in 5k at Bob Kahn Invitational March 30).

2024 Indoor: Made seven starts … Turned in a collegiate-best 9:24.37 to finish 20th at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Also competed in the 5k at NCACs, running 16:47.77 to place 19th … Opened the season with back-to-back runner-up finishes in the 3k at the Wooster Invitational (Jan. 13) and in the 5k at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 20) … Had a personal-best mile time of 4:46.85 in the dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 25).

2023 Cross Country: Repeated as a letterwinner … Went 28:45.8 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) to place 65th … Helped Wooster to first non-dual meet team victory since 2021 by placing sixth in 30:23.4 at the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30) … Placed fifth in season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) in top 4K time of 14:05.6 … Turned in top championship length time of 27:45.7 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11), finishing 207th … Had career-best 5K time of 16:44.6 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) which led to a 10th-place finish.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets … Had a top 5K time of 16:55.58 at the Kenyon Invitational (April 23) … Also competed in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15), turning in a time of 17:26.27 … Top 1,500 time of 4:25.56 came in dual meet versus Denison (April 12).

2023 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Debuted with a collegiate-best 3K time of 9:51.20 at the home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14).

2022 Cross Country: Lettered as part of the Scots’ NCAC contingent … Went 31:15.0 in his first NCAC Championship meet (Oct. 29), which was good for 77th place … Had a season- and career-best time of 29:19.9 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 14) … Finished in the Scots’ top-seven on two other occasions, 30:41.5 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) and 29:26.0 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 16).

Prior to Wooster: All-conference performer at Padua Franciscan High School … Two-year letterwinner in cross country and lettered once in track & field … Prepped for Justin Meeson.
