2024 Cross Country: Became the men’s first four-time All-NCAC performer in program history … Finished second-team All-NCAC with an 11th-place performance in 26:24.7 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Sept. 4 following individual title at season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) … Broke the tape in 21:55.1 on the 4-mile home course … Individual runner-up and helped team to back-to-back titles at the Dan Mullen Invitational (Oct. 5) in 27:39.0 … Top NCAC athlete and fourth-place in Div. III at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20) in season-best 25:51.0 … Posted a top collegiate 5k time of 15:31.2 at home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8) and finished third overall … Went 26:31.5 at the NCAA Div. III Regional Championships (Nov. 16) and placed 73rd.

2024 Outdoor: Made three starts … Won 5k at home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) in 15:09.25 … Narrowly missed out on All-Ohio honors with a fourth-place finish in the 10k, turning in a collegiate best 32:19.66 … That 10k time was good enough for ninth on the program top-10 list … Placed eighth in 10k and ninth in 5k at NCAC Championships (May 3-4) … Went 33:42.39 and 15:40.91 in those races, respectively.

2024 Indoor: NCAC Indoor Middle-Distance/Distance Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive year … Turned in All-NCAC and record-setting performances at NCAC Championships, winning the 5k and finishing as the runner up in the 3k … Went 14:56.50 and 8:39.94 in those races, respectively, improving on own 3k school record time … Part of the winning distance medley relay team that broke the tape in 10:30.05 at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10), earning All-Ohio honors … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Jan. 22 after winning the 3k and breaking the indoor facility record with a time of 8:42.97 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 20) … Won the 3k in the first meet of the season as well, running 8:55.72 at the Wooster Invitational (Jan. 13) … Had a pair of PRs in the dual meet against Wooster (Jan. 25), turning in times of 2:07.32 in the 800 and winning the mile in 4:26.05.

2023 Cross Country: Repeated as an All-Great Lakes Region performer by finishing 21st in a career-best 24:31.4 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) … Landed on All-NCAC first-team for first time and collected third-career all-conference accolade in cross country by finishing third in 25:58.9 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Finished fourth in NCAA Div. III and 15th overall at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 15), earning All-Ohio honors for the second time in career in 25:17.9 … Top collegiate athlete and overall runner-up at Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30), crossing the finish line in 27:06.5 … Runner-up at season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) with a top 4K time of 13:36.8 … Also recorded a top-five finish in the dual meet with Denison (Sept. 21), finishing fourth in the 5K event in a time of 16:43.8.

2023 Outdoor: Took third for All-NCAC honors in the 5K at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) with a time of 15:07.39, which was the sixth-fastest time in school history … Runner-up in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) in a time of 15:26.91 … Turned in a collegiate-best time of 9:42.04 in the 3K steeplechase at NCACs, narrowly missing out on another all-conference honor with a fourth-place finish … Steeple time at conference championship ranks as the seventh-fastest in program history … Competed in four meets.

2023 Indoor: NCAC Indoor Distance Athlete of the Year … NCAC Champion in 3K with a school-record breaking time of 8:40.60 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … Also earned All-NCAC honors in the 5K with a third-place finish in a time of 15:08.39 … Recorded three additional individual event wins, twice in the 3K and once in the mile … Also part of Wooster’s winning distance medley relay (10:45.34) at the home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21) … Overall competed in five meets.

2022 Cross Country: Consistent top finisher for the Scots … Earned USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors with a 30th-place finish in a career-best championship-length time of 25:00.9 at Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 12) … All-Ohio and second-team All-NCAC honoree for the second consecutive season … NCAC Athlete of the Week in back-to-back weeks (Sept. 19, Sept. 26) … Took the individual title in three separate meets - against Denison (Sept. 22), the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) and the Wooster 5K Twilight Challenge (Nov. 4) …  Placed 11th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) in 27:33.8 … Finished 30th out of all Division III runners at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 16) in a time of 25:27.9.

2022 Outdoor: Earned All-Ohio honors with third-place time of 15:35.48 in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Logged season-best 10K time of 32:50.21 at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) … Competed in the 5K and 10K at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) and just missed on scoring in both.

2022 Indoor: Scored in the 3K and 5K with times of 8:51.36 and 15:22.48, respectively, at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Placed fifth in the 3K and seventh in the 5K at the conference meet … Won the 3K at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 5) and Wooster Quad (Jan. 15) with times of 8:59.48 and 9:30.47, respectively.

2021 Cross Country: Wooster’s No. 1 finisher in every race … Earned second-team All-NCAC honors with ninth-place time of 26:50.9 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Won the Wooster 5K Twilight Challenge (Nov. 5) at 16:01.1 … Fifth-place at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), with championship-length time of 28:50.4 … Helped Scots to team title at Muskingum, a first for the program at a traditional meet since 2014 … Crossed 111th at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13) with time of 27:05.7 … Stopped the watch at 27:03.0 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17), which was 69th among Div. III entrants … Debuted with fifth-place 4000-meters time of 21:35.3 at the Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Time at Wooster Invite marked a new team course record for the 4K race.

Prior to Wooster: District qualifier as a junior and was the fifth-place finisher in the conference meet as a senior at Roosevelt High School … Four-year letterwinner in cross country and lettered once in track & field … Prepped for Howard Collier.
