III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) … Posted a collegiate-best 5k time of 19:50.1 to finish 13th at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8).

2024 Outdoor: Made seven starts … Member of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x400 relay team at NCAC Championships (May 3-4), which combined to finish in 4:03.43 … Also competed in the 800 prelims at NCACs … Top collegiate 800 time of 2:21.29 came at Harrison Dillard Twilight (May 10), which is good for 10th in program history … Took third in 400 at Denison Invitational (Apr. 26) with a collegiate-best 1:01.28 … Won the 400 in a time of 1:01.96 at the multi-divisional Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 14-16).

2024 Indoor: Part of winning distance medley relay team at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10) that broke the tape in 13:00.37 … Member of Wooster’s fourth-place 4x400 relay and fifth-place DMR at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) with times of 4:09.83 and 13:00.37, respectively … Won the mile at the Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 16) with a top collegiate time of 5:47.30 … Ran a leg of winning 4x400 relay that finished in 4:14.78 during dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 25) … Overall made seven starts.

2023 Cross Country: Earned third straight letter as one of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Went 26:30.3 to place 58th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Had season-best championship length time of 25:46.3 at NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11), finishing 221st overall … Made season debut at 5K Jenna Strong Classic (Oct. 13), crossing the finish line in 22:40.5.

2023 Outdoor: Repeated as All-Ohio as part of Wooster’s third-place 4x400 (4:10.79) at All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Scored at NCAC Championships (May 5-6) as part of fourth-place 4x400 (4:04.89) … Also ran a season-best 400 time of 1:03.86 in prelims at NCACs … Went 2:34.36 in 800 during dual meet with Oberlin (April 8) … Ran leg of winning 4x400 in dual meet against Denison (April 12) that crossed the finish line in 4:25.24 … Overall, competed in six meets.
