2019 Cross Country: Lettered, thanks to being a member of Wooster’s conference squad … Crossed at 30:36.9 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Logged a personal-best championship-length time of 30:02.0 at the Kenyon Dual Meet (Oct. 19).

2019 Outdoor: Contributed in a variety of roles and logged a quartet of collegiate bests … Opened the season with time of 37:53.37 in the 10,000 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite (March 14-16) … Logged new personal-bests in the 800 (2:23.43) and 1,500 (4:48.88) meters at the Denison Dual Meet (April 10) and in the 3,000 meters (10:19.48) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 26).

2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets … Time of 18:02.92 in the 5000 meters at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 16) marked a new collegiate best.

2018 Cross Country: Earned first letter as a member of the Scots’ contingent at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Crossed at 30:55.2 at the NCAC meet … Logged a season-best championship-length time of 30:24.9 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 12).

2017 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Placed seventh in the 10K at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7) at 40:04.72 … Placed just outside the top-20 in the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2017 Indoor: Ran in three meets … Logged a personal-best 3K time of 11:33.93 at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in six races on the year, including a pair of championship-length meets … Logged a 33:09.7 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) and crossed at 33:55.1 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13).

2017 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2017 Indoor: Did not compete.

2016 Cross Country: Logged six races during debut season … Crossed at 35:57.3 at the championship-length All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) and finished at 34:31.7 at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 14).
