2024 Cross Country: Earned fourth career letter in cross country … Placed 50th at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 8) in a time of 25:45.4 … Turned in a season-best 6k time of 25:37.6 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) … Top collegiate 5k time of 19:49.8 came at the home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8) … Finished in the top-10 at season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30), placing eighth overall in a 4k time of 17:31.7.

2024 Outdoor: Made five starts … Competed in the 5k at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4), placing 23^rd in 20:20.16 … Season best 5k time came during home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) in 20:17.01 … Had a collegiate-best 11:53.85 in the 3k at the Denison Invitational (Apr. 26), finishing fourth overall.

2024 Indoor: Did not make any starts.

2023 Cross Country: Earned third straight letter … Had three separate top-10 finishes on the season … Placed fifth in 25:41.3 in the championship-length Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30), helping Wooster to its first non-dual meet victory since 2021 … Finished fourth in the 5K dual meet against Denison (Sept. 21) in 21:39.1 … Turned in top 5K time of 20:10.5 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) to finish seventh overall … Went 25:18.6 to finish 42nd at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Posted top championship length time of 24:00.4 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) to place 155th.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Made season debut with 20:29.76 in the 5K at the Bob Kahn Invitational (March 31-April 1) … Won the 5K at the dual meet with Oberlin (April 8) in a time of 20:15.99 … 5K runner-up at the Kenyon Invitational (April 22) in 20:21.36 … Logged a collegiate-best 5K time of 19:50.86 at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6).

2023 Indoor: Did not compete.

2022 Cross Country: Earned second consecutive letter ... Top Wooster finisher in two meets … Led the Scots’ harriers at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 16) with a season-best 5,000-meter time of 21:28.7 … Posted a team-leading time of 27:42.3 at the championship-length Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) … Went 28:45.0 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) to finish 61st overall … Ran 27:22.9 at the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 12) … Season-best championship-length effort came at Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10) in 27:02.6.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets, running the 1500 twice and the 5K twice … Top 1500 time of 5:38.43 was the winning effort in dual meet with Denison (April 13) … Time of 22:07.91 was good for fourth in the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23).

2022 Indoor: Did not compete.

2021 Cross Country: One of seven Scots to compete at regionals … Responded with a 25:55.4 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13), which marked a season-best championship-length time … Rounded out the scorers at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with 49th-place time of 26:14.6 … Part of Wooster’s best NCAC finish since 1998 when the Scots finished as NCAC co-champions and top regional showing since 2006 … Fifth Scot to cross at Jenna Strong Fall Classic (Oct. 15), with time of 21:22.2 ranking 76th of 258 finishers … Helped secure Wooster’s first win at a meet larger than a quad since 1998 at Jenna Strong … Crossed at 27:10.2 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) and turned in time of 26:38.1 in first championship-length start at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11).
