2024 Cross Country: Earned fourth letter in cross country … Posted top collegiate 6k time of 25:00.4 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) to finish 38th overall … Followed that up with a collegiate-best 5k time of 20:12.8 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8) … Placed sixth overall to lead the Scots at the Dan Mullen Invitational (Oct. 5), crossing the finish line in 26:10.0 … Went 25:17.9 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) … Opened season with top collegiate 4k time of 17:40.4 at home Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30).

2024 Outdoor: Made four starts …  5k runner-up at Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20) in a collegiate-best 19:45.99 … Followed that up with a collegiate-best 1,500 time of 5:17.96 at the Denison Invitational (Apr. 26) … Opened up track season with 20:50.16 in the 5k at the Bob Kahn Invitational (March 30).

2024 Indoor: Did not make any starts.

2023 Cross Country: Earned third straight letter … Finished in the top-10 at the 5K dual meet with Denison (Sept. 21), placing ninth in 23:21.1 … Helped Wooster to first non-dual meet victory since 2021 by placing 11th in 27:32.7 at the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational (Sept. 30) … Had season-best championship length time of 26:12.7 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) to finish 52nd overall … Posted top 5K time of 20:13.4 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3) and logged second top-10 finish on the season by placing eighth.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Opened outdoor season with 5:58.87 in 1500 at Bob Kahn Invitational (March 31-April 1) … Logged a collegiate-best 1500 time of 5:30.92 at All-Ohio Championships (April 15) … Also ran in 1500 at NCAC Championships (May 5-6).

2023 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Placed third in mile in a time of 6:13.78 in the season-opening home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14) … Had a collegiate-best mile time of 5:58.95 at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Ran leg of third-place DMR at home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21), crossing the finish line in 13:30.91.

2022 Cross Country: Earned second consecutive letter … Scots’ No. 3 harrier in both postseason championship-length meets … Top championship-length time of 26:01.5 came at NCAA Division III Great Lakes Championships (Nov. 12) … Posted a time of 27:18.2 at NCAC Championships (Oct. 29), which was good for 48th … Went 28:36.6 and 29:27.1 in other championship-length action at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) and Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10), respectively.

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets … Top 5K time of 22:31.15 was good for fifth-place finish at Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) … Took third with time of 5:34.45 in 1500 in dual with Denison (April 13) … Top 800 time of 2:47.11 came in dual with Denison.

2022 Indoor: Competed in four meets … Ran the mile in all four meets with top time of 6:17.79 coming at Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 22).

2021 Cross Country: Lettered as part of the 12-harrier contingent at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Crossed at 27:42.1, which was 69th at the conference meet … Part of the conference squad that placed third, the program’s highest since 1998 … Made first championship-length start at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) and responded with a 29:12.6 … Went 28:56.6 at other championship-length meet of the year, the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2).

Prior to Wooster: Part of a district runner-up and three conference championship teams in track & field at Boardman High School … Helped the Spartans to a pair of regional appearances and two conference titles in cross country … Three-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field.
